FirstCarbon Solutions, Inc., an environmental management outsourcing company, has acquired Enverity Corporation, an environmental software provider. Both the companies are based in the US.
In addition, FirstCarbon Solutions has also acquired Global Sourcing Advisory Group, a technology consulting firm.
