James M. Donovan co-founded ADEC in 1998. James brings extensive BPO & PEO experience, and is a noted authority on Global Business Economics. Formerly Vice President of Daiwa American Securities of New York and Lehman Investments in Hong Kong/London, he currently holds chair positions on Assets and Infrastructure Partners and Woodstock Exports. James is renowned for his international business insights and his 25 years of Investment Banking experience.
Chief Financial Officer
Carol S. Esguerra offers a formidable 20 years of financial, banking and investment experience. Previously associated with Pacific Asia Capital Corporation as an Associate and Director of A&A Securities, she is the CFO of Assets and Infrastructure Partners, and focuses on accounting/financial management and human resources management.
Director - Europe
Ian has been a Sales Professional for the last 20 years and has considerable experience in delivering Sales Strategies, Managing Sales Teams and achieving results in a range of organizations, mainly within the IT and Business Process Outsourcing Industries.
His most notable successes have come whilst working with companies such as IKON Plc, Yell and iGAte Corporation. As well as working with the established organizations, Ian has also delivered successful results for start up companies such as Merit Outsourcing and Mastech. Client relationships that Ian has gained include GE Aircraft Engines, Cisco Systems, Electronic Arts, Trinity Mirror Plc, emap plc, GE Healthcare and Hospital Corporation of America to name a few.
Ian is a Graduate from London University and lived in Malaysia for 21 years gaining an extensive knowledge of the SE Asian region. Ian enjoys family life, beating his colleagues at squash and watching Chelsea Football Club grow from strength to strength!
General Manager - Australia
UK born, Justin immigrated to Australia in 1989 after a lengthy career working on worldwide public aquarium exhibit development. After settling in Sydney Australia and he moved into Network outsourcing of support and integration. This progressed in 2001 when he specialized in channel management for two US companies producing forms processing and EDMS software. In 2004 he undertook the management of a new team to form a premier data imaging & capture bureau "ADEC Preview Solutions" . The bureau has grown significantly over the past five years and Justin and the original core team are still managing the bureau today.
VP - North American Sales
Ken Jourdan has developed a specialized career in BPO Outsourcing Services since 1997. He is a CRM (Certified Records Manager) and (ICP) Information Capture Professional in information and document management, with extensive experience in paper to image conversion, forms processing data capture, workflow solutions, image indexing and electronic document management. With a territory responsibility throughout the USA and Canada, Ken has a comfort level in complex sales, operations, sales management, and providing information management solutions to clients of Paper to Image Conversion, Indexing Services, Data Capture Forms Processing Services, e-Publishing and Fulfillment Services. Ken´s extensive experience in records management and information capture includes sales to other service bureaus, company departments, major accounts and fortune 100 corporations with worldwide presence.
Ken has twelve years experience providing Business Process Outsourcing for clients worldwide. Specializing in forms processing, healthcare document solutions, title document processing, litigation coding, health care claim forms processing and E-Publishing XML conversions, Ken has been recognized by industry organizations such as TAWPI and ARMA as a speaker and leader in outsourcing services.
Ken has been involved in three major service bureaus in his career, providing solutions to clients such as Citibank, Siemens, Chase Manhattan Bank, United Healthcare, Globe Life Insurance, Iron Mountain Records Management and many others.
Ken has been in document and information management sales and operations for twenty years. He sold 16mm and 105mm microfilm based information systems as well as optical disk records management systems throughout the mid-west USA. His outsourcing experience has provided solutions for USA Service Bureaus as well as off-shore services in Mexico and India.
Director - Energy Efficiency Solutions
FirstCarbon Solutions - North America
Tom offers extensive experience in the Carbon space and we are proud to have Tom become part of the FirstCarbon family of professionals. Tom was a Senior Manager at ICF International with more than 15 years of experience in the residential energy Efficiency industry. Most recently Tom created an Environmental Services Group for a large national inspection firm.
This work required integrating energy Efficiency program inspection requirements into an ISO 9000 quality assurance program. Prior to creating the Environmental Services Group, Tom was Executive Director of the largest Home Energy Rating System Provider in the country (California Home Energy Efficiency Rating Services, CHEERS®). During his tenure at CHEERS, Tom grew the organization from having less than 50 certified HERS Raters to over 700. Under his direction at CHEERS, Tom was actively involved in the building energy Efficiency standards and worked with ENERGY STAR to assist in implementing the California IOU’s ENERGY STAR program. This required the development of reporting protocols, database structure, training curriculum and pricing.
Tom led in the development of creating marketing material for the HERS Raters to increase business in the ENERGY STAR homes program. While at CHEERS, Tom received national recognition for the creation of HERS Mobile, software created for use in handheld devices to increase the quality of data collected by HERS Raters and to streamline the data collection process. Tom is a member of the RESNET Board of Directors
Sales Director – Australia
Originally from Zimbabwe, Eric has more than 13 years of experience in executive sales, marketing and business management, specialising in IT hardware, software and Information Security.
For the last six years, Eric has been instrumental in the growth of the ADEC Preview London office and has now transferred across to ADEC Preview’s Sydney office. Bringing international industry specific experience, he is responsible for the building, development and execution of the strategy and initiatives for sales operations in the region.
