James M. Donovan co-founded ADEC in 1998. James brings extensive BPO & PEO experience, and is a noted authority on Global Business Economics. Formerly Vice President of Daiwa American Securities of New York and Lehman Investments in Hong Kong/London, he currently holds chair positions on Assets and Infrastructure Partners and Woodstock Exports. James is renowned for his international business insights and his 25 years of Investment Banking experience.
Chief Financial Officer
Carol S. Esguerra offers a formidable 20 years of financial, banking and investment experience. Previously associated with Pacific Asia Capital Corporation as an Associate and Director of A&A Securities, she is the CFO of Assets and Infrastructure Partners, and focuses on accounting/financial management and human resources management.
General Manager, Australia
UK born, Justin immigrated to Australia in 1989 after a lengthy career working on worldwide public aquarium exhibit development. After settling in Sydney Australia and he moved into Network outsourcing of support and integration. This progressed in 2001 when he specialized in channel management for two US companies producing forms processing and EDMS software. In 2004 he undertook the management of a new team to form a premier data imaging & capture bureau "ADEC Preview Solutions" . The bureau has grown significantly over the past five years and Justin and the original core team are still managing the bureau today.
Director - Energy Efficiency Solutions
FirstCarbon Solutions, North America
Tom offers extensive experience in the Carbon space and we are proud to have Tom become part of the FirstCarbon family of professionals. Tom was a Senior Manager at ICF International with more than 15 years of experience in the residential energy Efficiency industry. Most recently Tom created an Environmental Services Group for a large national inspection firm.
This work required integrating energy Efficiency program inspection requirements into an ISO 9000 quality assurance program. Prior to creating the Environmental Services Group, Tom was Executive Director of the largest Home Energy Rating System Provider in the country (California Home Energy Efficiency Rating Services, CHEERS®). During his tenure at CHEERS, Tom grew the organization from having less than 50 certified HERS Raters to over 700. Under his direction at CHEERS, Tom was actively involved in the building energy Efficiency standards and worked with ENERGY STAR to assist in implementing the California IOU’s ENERGY STAR program. This required the development of reporting protocols, database structure, training curriculum and pricing.
Tom led in the development of creating marketing material for the HERS Raters to increase business in the ENERGY STAR homes program. While at CHEERS, Tom received national recognition for the creation of HERS Mobile, software created for use in handheld devices to increase the quality of data collected by HERS Raters and to streamline the data collection process. Tom is a member of the RESNET Board of Directors
Sales Director, Australia
Originally from Zimbabwe, Eric has more than 13 years of experience in executive sales, marketing and business management, specialising in IT hardware, software and Information Security.
For the last six years, Eric has been instrumental in the growth of the ADEC Preview London office and has now transferred across to ADEC Preview’s Sydney office. Bringing international industry specific experience, he is responsible for the building, development and execution of the strategy and initiatives for sales operations in the region.
Director Business Development, Europe
Charles has worked in the environmental sector for the last 15 years. Previous to that, he had 12 years as a British Army officer in an armoured reconnaissance regiment.
Following his military service, he completed a degree at Cranfield University and worked for Veolia Environmental Services running four waste incinerators in Southern England. He pioneered the UK's first Waste Incinerator Ash Recycling plant in 1997 taking in 120,000 tonnes of ash, removing all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and converting the remaining ash into aggregate for roads. Following on from Veolia, Charles worked for Hanson Recycled Aggregates.
In 2001, Charles stood for the Westminster Parliament to become an MP. Although not successful on the day, an exhilarating experience spanning the 3 year lead in and election campaign.
Most recently and for the last six years, Charles has be the Director at Biofriendly Europe, a company specialising in combustion catalysts to improve efficiency in large generating engines, ship engines and coal fired power stations. The catalysts reduce emissions and improve combustion efficiency.
Charles is passionate about the environment and cricket.
Chief Marketing Officer, FirstCarbon Solutions and ADEC Solutions
Michele B. Hincks brings over 20 years marketing experience to the role of Chief Marketing Officer, ADEC Group. With a proven track record helping companies grow revenue, Michele leads the collective, global marketing efforts for the ADEC Group of companies. Michele brings extensive experience in many industries and areas including consumer marketing, enterprise software, and software as a service and has served in a variety of executive and marketing positions at AT&T, Lucent, ChemConnect, Enviance, and NTN Buzztime.
Michele holds a B.A. in Computer Science, graduating Cum Laude with a certification in Science Management from Rutgers University, and an M. B. A. in Marketing from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Regional Sales Director, Asia
Matthew A. Squires brings 25 years of expertise in business development and management of Asian and Asian-based companies. His broad understanding of the Asian market dates back to his work as operational outsourcing manager at Dun & Bradstreet International. After that, he served as Southeast Asia Regional Manager for Cheltec International. He also held several positions at Unisys Corporation such as country manager, general manager, financial market sector director, and program director. As CEO of Pacific Healthcare, he successfully modernized and restructured the company, which resulted in the reversal of its losses. He also co-founded Alliance Optics Group in 2009.
